Fly Circus & Aerial Arts LLC, located in the Edison Center in downtown Appleton, is growing!

We are looking for one or more Coaches to join our team and share the love of aerial fitness with others. At this time, we are especially seeking new personnel to coach silks and hammock for our adult and youth classes. We encourage you to apply if this describes you and you like to help others achieve their goals!

Our students' safety and goals are our top priorities. We require First Aid/CPR certification, a group fitness certification, and an aerial certification in a focus of your choosing. Certifications are not required prior to hire but, Adult & Child First Aid/CPR and a group fitness certification are required prior to teaching alone. Additionally, our coaches are required to complete continuing education and periodic training to keep their certifications and skills up to date with the most recent standards. Coaches are encouraged to cross-train and teach both fitness classes and one, or more, aerial apparatus.

Teaching expectations are 1-2 days or nights per week for 2 classes each day, and a weekend day approximately once per month. Coaches have the opportunity to offer support and ambient performances at area community and promotional events! Additional mandatory training may be required on an as needed basis and is scheduled with ample notice.

To apply, please contact us via the website or send an email to: info@flycircusandaerialarts.com. Include your qualifications/resume along with a cover letter telling us why you want to be a coach with Fly Circus & Aerial Arts LLC!
