About the Event
Coach Mandie will guide you through this 90 minute class each Sunday in February at 1pm. No dance experience required! Fun for all bodies and fitness levels. What to wear: Â Pants and a tank or tee will be most comfortable for the first 2 weeks. Clothing for the last 2 weeks will be discussed in class. Class is included in our Unlimited Memberships, $35/class for non-members. Take one class or multiples as your schedule and interest allows!
