If you're a new student, not to worry! We've got all the info you need for your first classes right here. Find your class type below.
Pole Class
What to bring
-
"Pole Shorts"
We know! Don't cringe... But you'll need tight fitting short shorts. We promise you'll learn to love them!
-
(Optional) Dance Belt
For folks with more external genitals, we recommend getting a dance belt. A dance belt is worn like underwear except it securely pulls everything up towards the belly button, keeping it in a consistent position to prevent injury.
-
Grip Aid
Pole dancing is a workout, which makes you sweat, which makes you slide. Some days grip aids can be your best friend! We sell some at the studio but you might have a fave you buy online.

Workouts require hydration!
Barre, Contortion, Hammock, Lyra, Silks, Trapeze, Yoga
What to bring
-
Leggings
These are great for a few reasons:
-
They make every booty look great!
-
They save your skin from fabric and hoop burns during Lyra and Aerial Silk Classes.
-
They keep your muscles warm.
-
Please remove all jewelry prior to class including, rings, toe rings, belly rings, necklaces, watches, and dangly earrings. All clothing needs to be free of snaps, zippers, or any other pieces of metal, as it can snag and rip our fabric.
